PKR333 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Usage

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pkr333 ("the platform", "we", "us") and any person ("you", "the player", "the user") who registers an account on or uses the pkr333 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions and related services available at pkr333.

pkr333 is an online gaming platform designed for Pakistani players. All platform content, account balances and financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) and apply to all registered users of pkr333 regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the pkr333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and pkr333 when you use the platform. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

pkr333 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or by email. Continued use of pkr333 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration

To use the paid features of pkr333 — including deposits, real-money gaming and sports betting — you must register a pkr333 account. Registration is free. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register a pkr333 account. If you are under 18, you must not register or use the platform in any capacity.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one pkr333 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You may not register a pkr333 account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• pkr333 may ask you to verify your identity at any point. This may involve submitting a copy of your national identity card, passport or other documents. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. You must notify pkr333 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to pk r333 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr333 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank-to-bank transfer, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards.

• Deposits are credited to your pkr333 account balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees at any stage of the deposit process.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on your chosen payment method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your pkr333 account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant transaction voided.
• pkr333 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa provider may apply their own service charges, which are your responsibility.
• If a deposit is processed but does not appear in your pkr333 account balance within the expected timeframe, contact pkr333 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available pkr333 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the bonus wagering conditions in Section 5 where applicable.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals may be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or registered card.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in order of receipt. Standard accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section of your account. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your pkr333 account. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• pkr333 may request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. This is a standard security measure and not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals will not be processed while an account is under investigation for potential terms violations, fraud or suspicious activity.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the amount is returned to your pkr333 account balance and you will be notified of the reason for the decline.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, cricket season betting boosts aligned to PSL fixtures and ongoing reload promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented.

• All bonuses on pkr333 carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by legitimate players. pkr333 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the associated wagering requirements are fully met.
• Some promotions are linked to specific games or game categories in the pkr333 lobby. Wagering on games not covered by a specific bonus offer may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, towards meeting the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pkr333 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses already accepted by a player will not be retroactively removed unless bonus abuse is identified.

6 Betting Rules

The pkr333 sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series and domestic tournaments — as well as football, esports including PUBG Mobile, and a range of other international sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting on pkr333.

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the point of placing the bet and may vary by sport, market and event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific in-play cancellation option is available for that market and has not yet expired.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play time as defined in the rules for that sport, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your pkr333 balance in PKR.
• pkr333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a data or pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned if this occurs.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during key moments of a match — for example, during a cricket wicket review or a football VAR check. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.
• Accumulator and combination bets are available on selected markets. Each individual selection within an accumulator must win for the accumulator to pay out. Specific accumulator rules are displayed when building the bet slip.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or collusion between bettors to exploit odds will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

7 Casino & Game Rules

The pkr333 game lobby includes slot games, fish shooting games, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows) and RNG table games. The following rules apply across all casino and game content on pkr333.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by the physical outcome of the live dealer action. pkr333 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game providers and are available on request. RTP is a statistical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Fish shooting game credits are deducted per bullet fired, not per fish caught. The cost per bullet and the credit value of each fish type are displayed within the game before play commences.
• Live casino table limits — minimum and maximum bet per hand or spin — are displayed at the table before you join. Limits may differ between standard tables and VIP-exclusive tables.
• In the event of a technical failure — including a dropped internet connection, game crash or power outage — during a round, pkr333 will use the last confirmed game state recorded on the server to determine the outcome. Any round that did not reach a confirmed outcome due to a technical failure will be voided and the stake returned.
• Using automated software, bots or any tool that interacts with pkr333 games without genuine manual player input is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

8 VIP Programme

The pkr333 VIP programme rewards consistent players with tiered benefits including PKR cashback, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority processing and access to exclusive live casino tables. Full VIP tier details and benefit schedules are available on the VIP page.

• VIP status is earned through real-money play volume across the pkr333 game lobby and sportsbook. Bonus-funded play may contribute at a reduced rate towards VIP progression — the applicable rate is stated on the VIP page.
• VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the required play volume during the review period may result in a tier adjustment downward. Players will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• PKR cashback under the VIP programme is calculated based on real-money net losses over the applicable cashback period, at the rate corresponding to your current VIP tier. Cashback is credited as withdrawable PKR, not as bonus funds, unless otherwise stated for a specific VIP tier promotion.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. They apply only to the registered pkr333 account holder and cannot be shared, gifted or sold to another player.
• pkr333 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier requirements or benefits at any time. Existing VIP members will be given reasonable notice of material changes.

9 Player Conduct

All pkr333 players are expected to behave honestly and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is prohibited on the platform.

• Providing false personal information during registration or at any point of account verification
• Using another person's payment method, identity or account details to access or fund a pkr333 account
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts or third-party software to interact with pkr333 games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or using shared information in sports betting in a way that constitutes abuse of the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through your pkr333 account
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pkr333 staff or other players through any communication channel

pkr333 reserves the right to suspend, investigate and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. In such cases, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

10 Privacy & Data

pkr333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the pkr333 Privacy Policy, which is available at pkr333.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by pkr333 — including your name, contact details, payment information and gaming activity — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations and, where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications about pkr333 offers and events.

pkr333 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, card schemes and banks) solely for the purpose of processing your transactions, and with identity verification providers where account verification is required.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

pkr333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

• If you wish to close your pkr333 account voluntarily, contact support. Any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable processing checks.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr333 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Verified real-money deposits that have not been subject to fraudulent activity will be returned.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to take a break from gaming on pkr333. Self-exclusion requests can be made through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted and you will not receive promotional communications.

12 Limitation of Liability

pkr333 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will be error-free at all times.

• pkr333 will not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance, internet outages outside our control, or force majeure events.
• pkr333 will not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party or failing to take reasonable steps to secure their account.
• pkr333 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax reporting requirements.
• In all cases, pkr333's maximum liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

pkr333 may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date and notify registered players via the platform or email where appropriate.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of pkr333 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified real-money balance.

14 Responsible Gaming
